Ciabattas y trufas

Ayer hice trufas con unas galletitas secas que habías quedado. Es super facil. Solo hay que triturarlas, mezclarlas con un poco de dulce de leche y queso crema y listo. Para terminal hice tres variedades, las pasé por:
- chocolate en polvo
- azucar impalpable
- coco rallado (la Foto es de estas)

Y hoy mi novio hizo unas mini ciabattas con pavo y roquefort para morirse!!!

Yesterday I did some truffles with cookies I had left I home. It's so easy. You just smash them and mix them with dulce de leche and cream cheese and done. To finish, I did three different types, covering them with:
- chocolate powder
- sugar powder
- coconut (the ones in the picture)

And today my boyfriend prepared mini ciabattas with turkey and blue cheese, so amazing!!!
