Preparándonos para Navidad

Y aunque no lo creamos, ya falta poco para Navidad, así que estuve publicando mis nuevas creaciones navideñas en TheMemis... las vieron?

And even when it´s hard to believe, it´s almost Christmas again, so I was preparing some new Christmas products for TheMemis, have you seen them?

Acá pueden ver algunas fotos de la Halloween Craft Class del viernes pasado, organizada por TheMemis. Fue un día inolvidable: todos recibieron su kit con todos los materiales para hacer una guirnalda de fantasmas. Chicos y grandes hicieron unas creaciones divinas! Fue muy divertido!!

Here some pictures of the Halloween Craft Class of last Friday, organized by TheMemis. It was an amazing day: everyone received a Halloween Craft Kit with all the materials to make a ghosts garland. Kids and adults made amazing creations! We had so much fun!!

Cramberries - Oats Cookies

Ayer, como estaba lloviendo y el día invitaba, hice galletitas de avena con arándanos. Deliciosas y super fáciles. Les dejo acá la receta para que ustedes también las prueben!

Yesterday it was raining, and the day totally invited me to make some cookies, I made oat - cramberries cookies. Delicious! Here the recipe so you can enjoy them too!

Para 2 docenas - For 24 cookies

150 ml de manteca - 150 ml butter or margarine
150 ml de azúcar - 150 ml of sugar
2 huevos - 2 eggs
375 ml avena - 375 ml oats
375 ml harina leudante - 375 ml self raising flour
pizca de sal - salt
140 gr de arándanos disecados - 140 gr dried cramberries
150 ml choco chips

Mezclar todo y llevar al horno precalentado a 190°C
Mix everything and take to the pre-heat oven at 375°F

Últimamente me encontré con algunos productos con un packaging maravilloso. Uno de los ejemplos es este jugo de limón marca ReaLemon. Es tan simple y tan claro!! No podría ser otra cosa que limón!!
