Yesterday it was raining, and the day totally invited me to make some cookies, I made oat - cramberries cookies. Delicious! Here the recipe so you can enjoy them too!
Para 2 docenas - For 24 cookies
150 ml de manteca - 150 ml butter or margarine
150 ml de azúcar - 150 ml of sugar
2 huevos - 2 eggs
375 ml avena - 375 ml oats
375 ml harina leudante - 375 ml self raising flour
pizca de sal - salt
140 gr de arándanos disecados - 140 gr dried cramberries
150 ml choco chips
Mezclar todo y llevar al horno precalentado a 190°C
Mix everything and take to the pre-heat oven at 375°F
