Christmas Cookies

Se acerca la época de Navidad, y este año me pareció divertido hacer galletas navideñas en familia. Es muy fácil, sólo hay que tener un molde (a mi me gustó este de "hombrecito de jengibre") y lo siguiente:

2 tazas de harina leudante
1/2 taza de azucar
125 gramos de manteca
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

Sólo hay que mezclar, cortar las formitas y hornear en una placa enmantecada hasta que se vean doraditas. Y luego las decoran como gusten!!

Christmas is getting closer, and this year I thought it would be fun to prepare some Christmas cookies  with my family. It's very easy, you only need a shape (I liked this one of "little ginger man") and the following:

2 cups of self raising flour
1/2 cup of sugar
125 grams of butter
1 egg
1 tea spoon of vanilla flavour

You just need to mix it all, cut the cookies and bake in pan with butter till they get golden. Then you decor them as you want!!

Nunca salgo de casa sin mi anillo de perlas, regalo de mi novio Somi... Las cosas que estremecen el corazón no hace falta combinarlas con la ropa! ;o)
